RETURN POLICY 

Returned Goods:

All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by ADC within 30 days of the date received by the customer.

 

  • Contact Customer Service for Return Authorization Number. Must do in writing to : info@affordabledentalchairs.com

  • Returned products are subject to a 25% restocking charge unless otherwise specified

  • All returned goods must have Return Authorization Number

  • All returned goods must be shipped prepaid

  • All authorized returns must be received by ADC in original packaging, accessories, documentation and in original resalable condition for credit considerations

  • All outbound repair / warranty freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • No returns accepted after 30 days.

  • Special Orders:

    • Special order items and custom made products are not returnable for credit 

** Due to current health reasons ADC External Oral Suction units are not returnable after using.. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the invoice. Any claims of damages or unsatisfactory items must be notified within 7 days of the date received by the customer. 

TOTAL SATISFACTION POLICY

If you cancel your special order purchase for any reason within 7 days from date of invoice, we'll refund your purchase price minus shipping costs and less a 15% restocking fee (excluding External oral suction and intraoral products). You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

SALES TERMS

  • All prices are guaranteed up to 14 days

  • All sales must be paid in full 48 hours prior to shipping

  • Any returned checks, stop payment on credit cards may result in bank fees which the buyer is 100% responsible for.

** All orders must be shipped within 30 days after the item is available to ship. Failure to do that may result in storage fee unless otherwise without a prior agreement.
