THE TRU-VAC 12 (TV-12) WATER-LESS & OIL-LESS DRY VACUUM

DRY VACUUM SYSTEMS REQUIRE 2" DIAMETER VACUUM PIPING. IF YOU HAVE SMALLER DIAMETER VACUUM PIPING YOU MAY NEED TO MODIFY YOUR CURRENT SETUP.

The 2021 Tru-Vac Line features improved cooling by removing obstructions from axial fan inlet and utilizing our new open metal frame instead of an enclosed chassis.

We've also lowered operating temperature due to the 2” exhaust vent vs the previous 1¼” exhaust vent.

Welcome to worry-free dental suction, brought to you by Tru-Vac 12, the most popular dental suction system in our line-up of ultra-reliable utility room equipment. Nothing is left to chance during the manufacturing process of these state-of-the-art dry dental suction systems. From the German engineered motor rated for 20,000 hours, to the easy-to-replace 10-micron filter, significantly decreasing your time spent on equipment maintenance … Peace of mind is what you get with the purchase of every Sierra Dental Equipment vacuum system.

The first thing you’ll notice upon start-up of your Tru-Vac 12 dry dental suction system, is how unbelievably quiet this dry vacuum is! The Tru-Vac 12 tip-toes in at only 61 decibels, eliminating “equipment room noise” altogether, which means your waiting room will be a more comfortable place for patients to relax, before being seen.

Once you get over how quiet your Tru-Vac 12 is (this may take several days) you’ll quickly be made aware of its awesome power! Equipped with a high-quality German engineered motor, which produces an impressive 2.4 horsepower, the Tru-Vac 12 creates an astounding 85 CFM. This dry vacuum is more than capable of supporting 6 users simultaneously with no noticeable drop in suction. It even grows with your practice… Doubling your capacity is as easy as installing an additional motor assembly.

Sierras’ TV-12 dry dental suction system consists of two pieces; The (VAS-12) separator tank, and the motor assembly. These can be installed in several different configurations, and can even be installed in two separate areas of your practice if necessary. The tank automatically drains when the vacuum is turned off, thanks to gravity! If the tank happens to fill up during operation, (no reports to date) a seal is created at the top of the tank, allowing gravity to take effect and drain the tank. At which point, you turn off your Tru-Vac to “break” the seal, then simply turn it back on to continue operating!

Perhaps one of the most important features of the Tru-Vac 12, is that it only has ONE moving part! What does this mean for you? Two things; Less of a chance for motor failure and less maintenance required (quarterly filter changes). Replacement filters are available directly through Sierra Dental Products, (RMC-10) and can be easily replaced in about 5 minutes… Seriously, it’s that simple!

With all these benefits being passed along to you, the Tru-Vac 12 is sure to suck up the competition & gain a spot in your dental practice for life!
